Bellehaven Investments Limited, is a purpose-built company focusing on Real Estate Investment, also in the construction and management of mostly residential commercial real estate. Bellehaven was established in June 2020 to consolidate real-estate investments and construction initiated and or held by its sister companies. Bellehaven will be the beneficiary of its sister companies’ real estate investment dealings, which will include the Bellehaven Luxury Apartments within the Borteyman SSNIT Flats enclave, Apartments within the Adenta SSNIT flat enclave (rentals), Ansah Flats projects (The Cabin and Adadentem), the Adjirigano Sports Complex Project (Shops and fitness facility) The TuTukrom Ecological Retirement Housing project and the Atlanta housing project (Atlanta Ga. USA)
These projects are either being held or have been initiated by Mr. Robert Ansah or one of the companies he is affiliated with (IRIC Group LLC, IRIC Group Company Ltd, Nadile Company Ltd. Pinnacle Real Estate. Etc.) It will therefore benefit from over thirty years of real estate dealings, where the initiation took place in the high-speed complex Tel Aviv real estate market, through the experienced Los Angeles California market, to the growth-oriented Greater Atlanta area market and then within the last twenty years in the opportunity ripe Ghanaian real estate market.

We bring to bear our international exposure and expertise in commercial and residential portfolio management.
